Auware does not yet connect to Facebook accounts. Direct integration is planned for November 2025; until then, ads are set up manually using Auware’s export instructions.

Does the Auware app conflict with any other Shopify apps?

Auware works with Shopify coupons, promo codes, automatic discounts, and free shipping rules. Products go straight to the cart, and Shopify’s native checkout applies all promotions seamlessly.

Does it work with coupons and promo codes?

Auware will not touch your Shopify theme or customizations. It uses Shopify-native methods, leaves your files untouched, and keeps your store exactly as it is while adding new landing pages.

Are you going to blow up my Shopify theme and the customizations I’ve made?

Auware has not yet been tested with third-party bundling apps. Native bundle support is coming soon, letting you create product bundles with audience-specific landing pages.

What about popular bundle apps?

Do not link Auware pages in your site header or footer. They are built for ads and campaigns, not browsing, and work best as targeted destinations for high-converting traffic.

Should I link these landing pages in my Shopify store anywhere? Like in my header or footer?

Auware does not replace your Shopify PDP. Your store pages remain unchanged, while Auware creates separate landing pages for ads and campaigns that never appear in your navigation or sitemap.

I don’t see Auware in the Shopify App Store. Why?

Auware does not yet pull reviews from YotPo, Judge.me, or others. Instead, you upload reviews as a text document, and Auware uses them as audience-specific social proof on landing pages.

Do you pull customer reviews from YotPo, Judge.me, Google Reviews, Junip, etc?

Create an API user in Buyist, give it Auware API access, then connect it in Auware. Once linked, you can publish audience-specific landing pages directly to your Buyist store.

I use Buyist already. How do I enable Auware on my Buyist site?

Auware works with every Shopify plan - Starter, Basic, Shopify, Advanced, and Plus. No special setup or plan upgrades are required to create and publish landing pages.
