Yes, you do, and we made the process quick and easy.
User permissions in Auware are tied to each individual store, whether it is a Shopify store or a Buyist store. That means if you want someone to have access to more than one store, you invite them separately to each one.
To do this, log into Auware, go to Settings, and choose the store you want to grant access to. Click the Invite User button, enter the person’s email address, and choose whether they should have Read Only or Read/Write permissions. Once you send the invite, that user will receive an email to join the store. If you want to give them access to another store, simply use the dropdown to switch stores and repeat the steps. Each invitation only takes a few seconds.
This setup gives you flexibility and control. You might want some users to have access to every store you manage, while others should only see one client’s data. By tying access to the store level, Auware ensures that permissions are always clear and that users only see the stores you specifically invite them to.
For agencies, this is especially helpful. You can give your internal team access to all of your client stores, while inviting each client only to their own store. Everyone gets the visibility they need without confusion or overlap.
In short, yes, users need to be invited separately to each store, but the process is simple and takes only a few clicks.
