Our primary support channel is email.

If you need help, reach out to us at [email protected] and our team will respond quickly. Most questions can be resolved by email or chat, which is often the fastest way to get you the answers you need.

However, we understand that sometimes a live conversation is the most efficient option. In those cases, we are happy to schedule a Zoom call to walk you through setup or address specific questions about your campaigns.

We do not currently provide a general phone support line, but we are committed to making sure you get the assistance you need in whatever form is most effective.
