But no system can know your brand as well as you do. You have insights and “tribal knowledge” about your customers that are unique, and that knowledge often leads to audiences that Auware would not automatically suggest.
Most successful campaigns include a mix of Auware-suggested audiences and custom audiences added by the marketer. For example, Auware might suggest audiences like busy parents, health-conscious shoppers, or bargain hunters for a kitchen appliance. But you may know from your customer support team that teachers are an unexpected but loyal customer group for your product. Adding a “Teachers” audience, and then tailoring landing page copy for their needs, could unlock new performance gains that Auware alone would not predict.
This flexibility is one of Auware’s strengths. We handle the heavy lifting of generating pages, copy, and reporting, but you stay in control of who you want to target. By adding your own audiences, you ensure that campaigns reflect not just general patterns but also the specific nuances of your brand and customer base.
