What types of data does Auware use to personalize my store?

Auware does not personalize your whole Shopify store. It creates audience-specific landing pages for paid campaigns, with AI-generated offers, benefits, reviews, and FAQs that drive higher conversions.

It is important to clarify that Auware does not personalize your entire Shopify store. Your home page, product detail pages, collections, and theme all remain untouched.

Instead, Auware creates individual landing pages that are designed to be used as destinations for your paid media campaigns. These landing pages are separate from your main site navigation and are only seen by visitors who click through from an ad, email, or other marketing channel.

Each landing page is generated to align with a specific audience segment, also called an audience. These audiences are the same kinds of interest-based and demographic groups you can target through platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, or email campaigns. For example, if you are selling a fitness blender, you might create audiences for busy parents, college students, or health-conscious professionals. Each audience gets its own version of the landing page, written specifically to highlight the features and benefits most likely to resonate with them.

The personalization in Auware happens at the campaign level, not at the storefront level. When you create a campaign, you select a product from your Shopify store. Auware then uses that product’s information, along with AI trained on proven direct-to-consumer best practices, to generate the elements of a high-converting landing page. These include a clear offer, audience-specific headlines, compelling features and benefits, social proof in the form of customer reviews, and FAQs tailored to likely objections.

This approach is very different from traditional personalization tools that try to dynamically change content across your entire site based on visitor behavior. Those tools often depend on cookies, browsing history, or CRM integrations to adjust messaging on the fly. Auware takes a simpler and more reliable path: build audience-specific pages in advance, publish them directly into your Shopify store, and then send paid traffic to the right version of the page. This eliminates the complexity of live personalization while still giving your audiences a personalized experience.

The data Auware uses is not sensitive or personally identifiable. We are not pulling customer records, browsing histories, or payment details. Instead, we use your own product information from Shopify and combine it with audience definitions and AI-generated marketing copy. The goal is to create landing pages that are relevant, persuasive, and aligned with the audiences you are already targeting in your ad platforms.

By focusing on landing pages instead of your entire store, Auware solves a very specific problem: the low conversion rates that happen when all of your targeted ads drive to the same generic product detail page. With Auware, your traffic lands on a page that feels like it was written just for them. This is why the pages consistently outperform PDPs and deliver higher ROAS for your campaigns.

To summarize, Auware does not personalize your full Shopify store. It generates audience-specific landing pages for your paid campaigns, each one tailored with AI-generated offers, features, benefits, social proof, and FAQs. The result is higher-performing destinations for your ad traffic, without adding complexity to your core storefront.
