Yes. Auware provides a 99.95% uptime SLA, but it is important to understand how the system works in order to see what that really means for your business.

Auware is not a traditional hosted landing page builder where pages are served from the vendor’s servers. Instead, Auware creates your landing pages and publishes the resulting HTML directly into your Shopify or Buyist store. Once the pages are published, they live in your store environment, not inside Auware. That means your customers interact entirely with Shopify or Buyist infrastructure when they load a page, view content, add to cart, and complete checkout.

For Shopify users, the only time a visitor’s request touches Auware at runtime is through Shopify’s App Proxy system. Shopify App Proxies are a secure, failsafe way to route traffic from a Shopify storefront to an external service. Auware uses proxies only to capture page view events and record visitor metrics. If, for any reason, Auware’s proxy endpoint were unavailable, the page itself would still load and function completely, because all of the landing page content and checkout functionality exist within Shopify. In other words, the worst-case scenario is that view tracking pauses temporarily, but the visitor experience remains uninterrupted. This design is intentional. We want to give marketers valuable reporting without ever creating a point of failure for sales.

For Buyist users, runtime dependency on Auware does not exist at all. The entire landing page experience, from initial load through checkout, happens within the Buyist platform. Once your pages are published, they run natively inside Buyist without any calls back to Auware.

This architecture provides a major advantage over SaaS tools that serve pages from their own servers. In those systems, an outage or slowdown on the vendor side can directly impact your customers, resulting in downtime, broken experiences, or lost sales. With Auware, the published landing pages are already embedded in Shopify or Buyist, both of which are highly reliable platforms with their own robust uptime SLAs. This means your campaigns stay live and your customers never notice if Auware itself is offline for maintenance or updates.

Our 99.95% uptime SLA covers the Auware application itself: the platform you log into to create campaigns, generate copy, and publish pages. In practice, this means you can trust the Auware app to be available whenever you need it to build or manage campaigns. But your customers are never dependent on that availability when browsing your storefront. That separation ensures reliability and peace of mind.

To summarize, Auware landing pages run from Shopify or Buyist once they are published, not from Auware’s own servers. Visitors experience the same reliability as the underlying platform, and Auware’s only runtime role is lightweight tracking through Shopify App Proxies. Even if Auware were offline, your landing pages and checkout would continue to function normally. Alongside that architecture, we also provide a 99.95% uptime SLA for the Auware platform itself.
