Social proof is one of the most powerful levers in eCommerce marketing, and Auware is designed to make it audience-specific.

When you create a campaign, you can upload your customer reviews into Auware. We recommend doing this only if you have at least 100 reviews, because the more data the system has to work with, the better it can select the right content for each audience.

Once your reviews are uploaded, Auware intelligently matches review content to the audiences you have defined in your campaign. This ensures that the testimonials featured on each landing page are not just generic praise but are directly relevant to the motivations of that audience.

For example, suppose one of your audiences is “Busy Parents.” If your reviews include a customer comment that says, “The kids love this and it saves me so much time,” Auware will select and display that review on the Busy Parents landing page. The same product might also be marketed to an audience of “Health Enthusiasts.” For that group, Auware would prioritize reviews that emphasize benefits like nutrition, lifestyle fit, or wellness. The product is the same, but the proof points are tailored to each group’s priorities.

This process creates continuity between your ad targeting, your landing page messaging, and the validation customers need to trust your product. Instead of every visitor seeing the same handful of generic testimonials, each audience sees reviews that speak to their specific context. That makes the page feel more personal and persuasive.

The benefit goes beyond conversions. Customizing social proof by audience also gives you valuable insights. By seeing which testimonials resonate with which groups, you gain a clearer understanding of what matters most to each audience. That information can be fed back into your ad creative, email campaigns, and even product positioning.

If you do not yet have 100 reviews, Auware will still create powerful landing pages using your product information, features, benefits, and the copywriting strategy you select. But when you do have a large enough pool of reviews, enabling audience-specific social proof can add another layer of authenticity and persuasion.

To summarize, Auware customizes social proof by matching uploaded customer reviews to each audience. Busy parents see reviews about saving time with kids, health enthusiasts see reviews about nutrition, and every audience gets proof that feels written just for them.
